Phenomenal location, mouthwatering food and service by Nixon. Visited during our 25th Wedding Anniversary Celebrations with great friends and we cannot wait to come back.

The chefs and staff are top tier. Nixon our server was so pleasant and really helpful with the menu. The atmosphere is amazing, such a boho chic vibe with a touch of class and elegance. The prices for the quality are right on par. The rolls are filling and uniquely curated. The fish is so fresh and thank you presentation is exquisite! Really happy we decided to stop here even though we were heading for another restaurant. It was a wonderful happy accident. I will definitely be coming back whenever on the island. Well worth the ferry ride from St. Thomas if you’re not on St. John. Might have to stop back in now that I’ve written this review I am craving a couple more rolls. Though we didn’t try the bowls I imagine they are insanely flavorful and delicious this chef has been classically trained by Japanese sushi chefs and has a keen eye for quality and high standard.

Came to St John for a wedding and this place hosted us for welcome drinks and the wedding party. This place is definitely the most aesthetically pleasing place on the island. Amazing service and incredible food. Larry is by far the best bartender I’ve ever had. He literally can make any drink you want. Penicillin? French 75? He was literally milk washing a margarita of his own making that was amazing. I recommend grabbing drinks and hanging on the beach.

We met new friends here for a night cap. It was busy but you definitely weren't ignored. 20% gratuity is automatically added. Drinks were good and swift. I jave no complaints and would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time at Karma. The swanky ambience lured us in, fun speciality drinks made us stay, and delicious food had us wanting to come back for more! We enjoyed some drinks down on the sand after dinner and it was the perfect evening. Definitely a must visit, esp if you like sushi.

Roll ups were very good as well as the desserts. Service was outstanding. Price was a bit high for what you got.

We got the chicken bacon sandwich, mahi sandwich, and shrimp Alfredo…EVERYTHING was phenomenal. Dessert was even better, passion fruit key lime and the deep fried banana cheesecake rolls. Our waitress, Colencia, was very attentive and knew the menu very well. Thank you Karma for a great foodie experience!

The service is what made our night so great. If you’re going, ask for Shari. She was 10/10! The arugula and goat cheese salad was my favorite. My husband’s steak was perfect but my mahi was over cooked and a little dry. We will definitely be back to give it another try.

Christina and Stephanie gave us personalized service in such nice ways; each of them deserve five stars. Our food and drinks were as above average as the entire experience. We highly recommend the Karma Sushi.

We had the best sushi ever at this beachside restaurant with beautiful sunset views. Our waitress Shari was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in describing and recommending dishes. The Karma roll is really one of kind, created based on what you like most. My husband ordered it and was delighted by the abundant fresh seafood - salmon, crab, lobster, shrimp and octopus presented like a slice of pizza.

Amazing experience dining at Karma. Our table overlooked a beautiful beach. J was our server and she was excellent. Great service and recommendations from the menu as well as recommendations on beaches in the area. Ask for J if you go! We went for lunch and had Maui Sandwich and chicken sandwich. Both great! Would give 10 stars for service if I could.

Our food was PHENOMENAL. I was a little worried because I am pregnant and a lot of their options were Sushi - but there were sooo many other options. Server was great she had the perfect amount of small talk! Best place on my baby moon so far!!!

This is the best food that I’ve had on St. John! Such great service and such a great meal. We had a party of eight and we finished appetizers through dessert in exactly an hour, so quick! Wouldn’t change a thing definitely coming back! A MUST go! Also beautiful view of sunset on beach and so many fans in the restaurant so no bugs!

This was our first time at Karma and my family and I had an amazing time! The food,service and atmosphere was a fantastic experience! From the moment we sat down & were given light up menus we knew it was going to be a pleasant experience. Our wonderful waitress (please forgive me I never got her name)and Joshua were so attentive and had nothing but good vibes. To the chefs, Hats off to you! From the apps to the desserts total 5 stars! Your restaurant made our wonderful stay on this amazing island even better and we will be back!Thank you!!!

Craft cocktails, Larry made a vodka gimlet that hit the spot. The roll we got was outstanding. Beach side sinning does not get better, next time we roll off the ferry this is the first stop.

Dined here for our Anniversary and we couldn’t have been more happier with our experience. Our waitress Jasmine was very friendly and personable, we were 15mins late for our reservation but were seated immediately. It was a busy night at 6:45(sunset) so we expected a wait time of 30-45mins but ALL of our food was out within 10mins and everything was delicious! Our favorites were the Spicy Tuna Tempura and Fried Cheescake! Our only complaint would be the decor, it’s a bit too busy with all the interior details and the chairs are WAY too bulky and the auto gratuity. We are in the service industry and expect auto gratuity on bills of large parties but for a party of two???? My absolute FAVORITE PART of Karma is the LOCAL STAFF, very important to us. We will be back for more amazing sushi!

the ambiance is the first thing that catches your eye. it is beautiful and modern! Jasmine, our waitress, was absolutely amazing. She was kind, informative and very funny. We’ve been coming to St. John for a long time and we were excited to try a new place, it definitely lived up to the hype. The food was to die for, absolutely delicious with a beautiful view.

With the sun setting in the background, it couldn’t have been a better evening. The vibe was on point smooth libations, chill atmosphere, and that beach breeze just set it all off. Started with some edamame, a delicious ribeye steak that was cooked just right, topped it off with an espresso crème brûlée that was just delicious. Everything hit. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

Huge recommendation for the new Karma Beach Lounge at Cruz Bay! Tyler is fantastic manager - greeted us enthusiastically. Had our reservation from Open Table (use this - not phone), and brought us a special treat when our food was delayed - which we didn’t even notice bc of the beautiful sunset and picturesque setting. Sushi is amazing! Cannot say enough good things about the location, staff, food, and overall experience!

Initial server was not attentive or friendly but after requesting a server change, absolutely delightful dining and beverages experience. Terrific owner and our eventual server were highlights. And the seating and view... St. John right on the beach!

Great service, great views, great food. Had the volcano sushi for an appetizer and it was amazing. Had the wahoo for the meal and it was equally good. Would definitely recommend!

Sunny was our waiter and he was incredible. We had a great time and enjoyed all of the sushi and food and drinks that we got. It’s a really cool atmosphere as well.

Great experience at tonight ! Both ceviches and sushi were fantastic, as was our steak and tempura lobster tail. There’s a new general manager, Tyler, who was so kind and he really seems to make it his goal for all guests to have a lovely experience—which we did! The view from our table was fantastic and everyone from Delilah, the hostess to our server, Shoy, was top notch in service. Thanks Karma staff and chefs!

Drinks and food were great, especially the ceviche bowl. Service was great… Sunny took awesome care of us. And we caught a beautiful sunset.

I had an amazing dining experience at Karma. My server, Shoy, gave us delicious food suggestions. Since we are vegans and never had sushi before, he made us a vegan tasting plate with several options. The chef even created a sushi just for us . Shoy was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond. Shoy is the best! I will definitely eat here again!
